TRAINING AND FEEDBACK
It takes time for any assistant to understand the working culture which matches your requirement. So please give time. Giving feedback regularly will help the assistant to understand your requirement and to perform the task more efficiently for better productivity.

WHEN SENDING TASK
Clear instructions: This will save a lot of time and it would help if you can draft the instructions in a way the assistant can understand during the initial stages of outsourcing the task.
Deadline: At end of your instructions, if you provide a deadline so that it helps the assistant to complete your task in the specified deadline if you have any deadline.
Urgent Tasks: if you have something that is urgent, please add the word urgent to the subject line so that the assistant can attend it and make sure to complete it ASAP.
Dos and Don’ts: If you have any do’s and Don’ts please educate your assistant so that he/she follow strictly.
Time Zone difference: As we work in different time zone, sometimes in the night (my time) my responses to your email/chat may be delayed but I make sure that I will get back to you ASAP.
