Pricing

Non-technical tasks: Typical range $10–$30 / hour depending on complexity and experience.

Technical / specialised tasks: Often higher (varies widely) — client budgets commonly start above standard VA rates for tasks like web development, advanced automation, or specialized marketing.

7-Day / Trial Period
  • I offer a free trial up to 4 hours to test the working fit. If you continue, normal billing applies.
  • Note: Specialized projects (full website builds, complex SEO, large graphic design tasks) are usually excluded from free trials — this is common practice in the industry.
Payment Options & Invoicing
  • I accept: PayPal (fees may apply), Bank Transfer, and international services like Wise / Payoneer where appropriate.
  • I track hours in a timesheet and can provide a formal invoice (currency and invoice frequency agreed upfront). It’s best to confirm invoice currency before starting to avoid exchange confusion
Billing & Time Tracking
  • Time is logged and billed in 15-minute increments (a widely used professional practice). This keeps billing fair and transparent for short tasks and longer projects alike.
  • All billing details (date, hours, task description, hourly rate, time log) are available in the timesheet/export
Communication Channels
You can reach me via Email, WhatsApp, or Zoom — whichever suits you best. We’ll set expected response windows during onboarding to align with time zone
When Sending Tasks — Best Practices
  • Clear Instructions: Provide step-by-step details or sample outputs to avoid rework.
  • Deadlines: State the deadline at the end of the instructions.
  • Urgent Tasks: Put “Urgent” in the subject line so I can prioritise.
  • Dos & Don’ts: Share any strict preferences or brand rules at the start.
  • Time Zone Note: Replies may be delayed slightly due to time differences, but I’ll respond as soon as possible.
Training & Feedback
It takes a short onboarding period for an assistant to fully match your workflow. Regular feedback accelerates improvement and increases efficiency—please share feedback in the first 1–2 weeks.
